Cover Image

You can add a cover image URL in Settings → Customisation which will appear on your homescreen for everyone in your team. The recommended size of the cover is 1920 x 300 pixels.

Guidelines

In order to get the best results for your banner we recommend you follow these guidelines:
  1. Use a high resolution image minimum recommended is 1920 x 300 pixels.
  2. Don’t put text in the bottom left of your image as this is where the motivational quote goes.
  3. Avoid images large text or logos.
  4. Use darker images as the motivational quote is white.
  5. Patterns or gradients work the best, this is why the default image is a green gradient.
Currently we only support adding image URLs, image upload support will be added soon.

Birthdays

The upcoming birthdays section shows birthdays that are upcoming in the next 7 days. If there are no birthdays coming up this section will not be shown. Your birthday can be configured when you first create a Prism Space account. If you skipped this part or entered the incorrect details, You can change it in your account preferences.
